"The rooms are nice and clean but the air conditioning is too high and the rooms are freeze and this kind of cold doesn’t help for sleeping! There was no way to lower the temperature! The breakfast was not available for early flights, there was no option for doggy bags, so unfair for the clients, considering the price paid! The staff was very nice and helpful !"

"My stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton was absolutely amazing! I stayed on the top floor with a beautiful view overlooking the pool. The suite was very nice, clean, peaceful, and quiet — exactly what I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly accommodating from the moment I arrived. I checked in early and they not only gave me access to the pool while I waited, but also allowed me early access to my suite which I truly appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with plenty of great options. The location was perfect — conveniently close to both the airport and the beach. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience and I would definitely stay here again!"

I love the location of the hotel right in the middle of everything. The room was clean and had an amazing view; I enjoyed waking up being able to see the ocean! "Beautiful resort with a lot of options for pools, bars and restaurants. However, the food we experienced at several places was just "ok", and it was very expensive! Drinks especially were extremely costly. Our best meals were off site at local places. Nice touch though in the room with the fancy expresso maker and including coffee, that was good to have in the mornings."
