"La habitación no la limpiaban muy bien, además q era muy incomoda, sin closet, no había donde colgar una toalla de manos ni la de baño, no hay puerta de baño y todo se moja y la taza esta super pegada a la pared, apenas puedes sentarte. Un dia compramos fruta para llevarnos a un tour, la compre subimos al carro y empece a comer y salió mal la fruta sabía caducada, y no había tiempo ya para regresar. La piscina no la vi muy limpia, no se si hay otras habitaciones mejores, pero la de pista parcial al mar no la recomiendo"

"Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. I arrived hours before check in they were able to get me into a room very quickly. When checking out we had hours before our evening flight hotel staff offered to store our luggage until it was time to head to the airport. This was our 2nd time @ The Royal Sonesta in PR we do love it and will likely return. The pool could have been a little cleaner this time around."

"pool/ beach was great and that’s as far as i’ll go. the room and upkeep was TERRIBLE. They say that the wave wing in the hotel was updated, however, first night, there was a leak under the carpet and they couldn’t change our room until the next day. the room we were moved to did not have a leak, BUT had a black mold coming out the vent into the bathroom when we shower. To add insult to injury, the carpet in between the bed smelled of cheese/a sneaker that has been worn over again with no socks on. When we addressed these concerns there was no offer of a new room. We were stuck in this room for three more nights. Not to mention, we all developed sore throats during our stay, and once we landed back in NY, our sore throat was gone. I would not advise anyone to stay here for solely health concerns "
