We had a lovely stay at Hana Lodge. Such a beautiful spot and lovely grounds to explore. The rooms are clean, beautifully presented and well thought out. The staff were amazing. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

What an amazing location and what an amazing hotel. The staff were excellent and friendly. The food was great. The location was stunning. All in all, a must go place if you are visiting Rotorua - only about 15 minutes drive from all the action.

We are a family of 2 kids (17 and 11yo) and we enjoyed the 1-bedroom luxury suite we had. The bathroom is huge with 2 sinks, a spacious spa (we could all fit in if we wanted to). We loved the jets, lights and the music via bluetooth while relaxing in the spa. And since it was raining the whole day, we enjoyed our time together playing table tennis instead. We didn’t miss the pool not being heated at all due to bad weather. But we loved the spa and Rotorua during this travel. Will definitely...

Very beautiful view which would be hard for us to leave the room. Very tranquil that what we only were able to hear is the birds singing. Very yummy meals and excellent staff and services.

Awesome facilities! Great spot undergoing improvements. Never use wotif to book as they charged us $39.00 on top of what we would have paid if we booked directly with top 10. Absolutely
disgusting

Our stay at the Pullman was excellent. Couldn't ask for a better location.
The only grizzle I have is that it cost NZD$33.00 for a bowl of fries and lemonade. They have implemented a "tray" surcharge of NZD$10.00 and I think this is not necessary at all. Room service is part of the perks of staying at a 5 star resort, and this charge is bogus.

Nice old pub with period features in the rooms and common areas. Friendly staff at reception and in the restaurant. Only issue is no lift if you are not as mobile as you used to be but staff helped with luggage but staff helped with that. Overall an enjoyable couple of days

Tidy and comfortable accommodation.
Stayed during winter and there was plenty of warm bedding and a heater available.
Easy check in and check out and friendly staff.
If I was being picky the window latches were worn so a bit difficult to close, and the body wash had run out in the shower of the ensuite bathroom, but nothing that detracted from an otherwise great stay.
