"The hotel was excellent! Very clean, modern, and had all the amenities required for a comfy stay. The location was very easy to access via public transport from the airport. It’s in the heart of downtown so it’s very easy to walk around to all the attractions that San Fran has to offer. Bonus: it’s right next to the trolley station so you get great access to it. We loved it here! "

"Our stay here was great as always. Love the new coffee bar near the front desk although it should be spread a little more due to backup waiting. Also, on Sunday morning, the courtyard music started loudly at 8am, on weekends, maybe wait until 9 or 10am before playing loud mus"

"It's a nice comfy room in a big scary city. As a tall person I didn't have to crouch down in the shower 🚿. A refrigerator is convenient. "

"The hotel was very modern and cool looking as you stepped into the lobby. I loved how they had a dining area and was connected to a coffee shop. The receptionist was nice and friendly. Check in and check out was pretty easy to do. It was great to relax it was very quiet. And I loved the deep bath tub as well as free water bottles. It was so great to stay for my graduation. "
