The hotel is always the best location in the city. The escalator was being fixed so you couldn’t use it during my stay unfortunately. The staff was great and I will book again!

Hotel is well located, just a couple of blocks away from the piers. Is very clean and staff was friendly. The only reason why I am giving it 4 stars is because breakfast is not included and the restaurant attached to it is not that great.

Fantastic location, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived well before check-in, so the staff expedited the cleaning service and got in 3 hours early. The restaurant is fantastic as well.

The Hyatt Fisherman’s Wharf was a very clean hotel. The price I paid included a bottle of wine, which was a nice touch. We visited the bar that had a nice atmosphere but it was pricey unless you were there for happy hour. They have a sundries shop with drinks, snacks etc. that was convenient. Close to fisherman’s wharf but still a few blocks walk. There is valet parking but it is pricey. All of the employees and valet staff were amazing!

Outstanding service! Valet drivers were prompt, friendly and helpful. The desk staff were incredibly kind, even going so far as to take us out to their cafeteria and let us raid their employee ice cream cooler when we missed our ice cream place closing by five minutes. They made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel room was spacious, with clean and you could have eaten off the shower floor it was so tidy. The location was perfect to stroll fisherman wharf in the evening and close enough to walk/rent bikes to get to other areas.

The Hyatt had everything we needed for our stay. Close to the wharf, secure parking, a laundry room, an excellent gym, and comfortable accommodations. I got pretty ill during our stay, and I was incredibly thankful for the spacious toom.
