"The arrival experience was terrible. Got to the hotel with my family 9:30pm but the lobby was locked and there was no front desk agent onsite. They left a note that they would be back in 20 minutes but only came back almost 40 minutes later, so we had to sit in the car while was waited. It’s the worst arrival experience ever. I probably would have scored them average if that didn’t happen. Rooms were quite small too."

"The location and lobby portion of the hotel are awesome and very cool vibe, travelling for work was really helpful to have that workspace available. That said the room wasn't great, the lighting was really dark, AC switched on and off and overall it kind of just smelled old and maybe like mould or something. Its clearly an old building and priority went into the lobby space but the rooms weren't very nice"

"poor attitudes of most staff throughout....constantly ran out of many food items to include utensils.....food area was cluttered & looked messy. Had to seek out the manager to get a fork.....the garbage man finally got one for me while covering the forked portion with his dirty gloves. Staff had no regard for the comfort of the guests as they were more concerned with closing early, stacking tables & cleaning floors....they couldn't wait for us to leave 3 minutes after closing....coffee & some food items removed 15 minutes before closing Awoke by barking dog all 3 nights of our stay....even went down to desk ....they said they would talk to resident....Don't think that happened. The general attitude of most staff was they were too busy to get the job done to satisfy the customer. People this is not the Hyatt tradition for which we are accustomed"

"The hotel was clean and updated/restored well! The staff was very attentive and friendly. Highlights were a cozy bed, great shower and walkable location. I recommend staying here!"

"The basics. Old school. Cheap, only spent time sleeping there, no amenities. Not really a pleasant place but close to where I was spending my time. Easy check-in, but I probably won’t be staying there again, certainly not if my wife was with me (she would have hated this place). I didn’t have a car with me, but if I did, the free parking would have been a plus."
