"Alpine Ranch is surrounded by a peaceful country setting, and only a short drive from Santa Rosa grocery stores and numerous vineyards. We enjoyed relaxing under the moonlit sky while gazing at stars. The Farmhouse was beautifully decorated with a fully stocked kitchen, updated bathroom and comfortable beds. We also loved the surround sound system, fireplace, and back deck. The property manager was very welcoming and helpful. We loved our visit and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!"

"This was our 3rd time at this peaceful farmhouse with dogs - very relaxing and I'm sure we'll be back. WiFi is via satellite so a wee bit slow but you won't want to work there anyway."

"We were a group meeting up in one of our favorite cities from 2 different states. We chose Sam’s home to have amazing views while we catch up on life. There was plenty to do and we enjoyed every bit of the property. The views were enjoyed with morning coffee and afternoon sunshine. All the beds were comfortable. The house was right for the 46 and easy to get to. Sam was responsive with all messages leading up to, and on, the trip. Definitely keeping this home bookmarked for future stays!"

Our boys were really excited about being on the farm and even helping around. We felt very welcomed and really impressed with the friendliness of everyone."

The team was very friendly and easy to work with at Birdsong. The house... absolutely gorgeous. Everything you could want in a beautiful getaway. Pool, spas, firepit, games... the beds were ridiculously comfy, the kitchen well stocked with equipment- I never wanted to leave! I will be recommending this location to anyone who is looking for the perfect...

"We brought our adult children to stay at this house for a family Thanksgiving dinner. The house is really cute and easy to access. There is a great bakery and market within walking distance. There were also some bars and restaurants, but we didn’t go to them because it was a holiday weekend. The decor was charming and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and they left some nice snacks and a bottle of wine for us. We appreciated the details."

"The property and home are beyond compare. We have stayed at several top-notch vacation rentals and this was by far our favorite. The home is just so warm and welcoming, the backyard is idyllic, and the beds were comfy. The rooms were spacious and lovely! All the photos were accurate. BUT. The kitchen -- which is stunning -- is not stocked for cooking or serving. For example, there are no casserole dishes, which I didn't know. I did ask in advance, so brought my own food processor and mixer. I...

"We were in California for 2 weeks and the stay at this property was the highlight of our whole trip. My wife and kids loved it here. The peace and quiet were especially gratifying with us coming from a big city. We even got to gold pan in the creek which the kids absolutely loved. The hosts could not have been better. The welcome we got there was like as if we were visiting family. I cannot say enough about Christine and Michael. They educated us on the area and were available for any questions...

"This is the second year our Kinetic Racing Team has stayed at this amazing 4 bedroom 2 bath, spacious farmhouse. We love cooking together in the large kitchen, and we enjoy doing our laundry during the race. With 2 stoves, you can get a lot of pots going. I really appreciate being able to have some down time in my bedroom while everyone else visits in the living room. We really made this our home base this year, and won the Kinetic Championship for the second time. For The Glory!"

"We were fortunate to spend five wonderful nights at Zoofari. It was paradise for my three grandsons and an enjoyable and relaxing getaway for the adults. The house itself is very spacious and comfortable and the yard is a dream. The yard is large and fully fenced which is perfect for dogs and kids. There is a great play structure and a trampoline and even a two hundred pound tortoise living in a corner of the yard. The pool and hot tub area looks so inviting I’d love to return in the summer. ...
