"Received an upgrade from an Executive Studio to a 2 bedroom apartment with Mountain views. Much appreciated! It’s a fairly new building so everything is in great working order. It’s close to restaurants, shops and only a 20min walk to the airport. There are dedicated parking spaces in front of the building but be early to grab one of these. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Nice property…We did not face any issues. Very close to the airport is convenient and away from the hustle & bustle of downtown. Some quality restaurants nearby (recommend Jasmine Thai). Our room had a washer and drier. Nice coffee shop attached to the hotel and free parking."

"I’m very disappointed I stayed at this hotel. The location and facilities are decent but the rooms are small. What’s most disappointing is the service of the hotel staff. Instead of going out of their way to please the guests, they are very indifferent. I would never stay at a holiday inn again."

"Considering how busy the town is parking for this property makes more sense to be closer to the property. Like directly outside on the street. Maybe this is case for the QDC to remove the berms for better parking. As I looked around people were double parking anyway. The rubbish location for these townhouses needs to be monitored better as when I went to dispose of my rubbish after my stay. Every bin was topped to the rim which left me no choice other than to leave it on the ground. Other than that me and my families stay was most enjoyable. "

"Rooms are tired and definitely need a cosmetic lift. Large coffee stain in floor in our room plus walls are all marked. Just over all very tired looking. Didn’t feel it was any value for the price we paid and the reputation of Ramada "
