"We loved our two-night stay here! The rooms were quiet, spacious and clean and the common areas were lovely. The hot tub was a highlight on a chilly night! Our host, Jennifer, was very responsive and made sure we had all we needed. Perfect location to explore the region around Arrowtown. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a fabulous time at Double Tree Hilton, Queenstown.
We requested a room upgrade to the lakeview room - totally worth it!
The staff were very friendly and service-orientated. On our first morning, a technical problem in processing our breakfast order meant we went without breakfast – not a big deal from our point of view. However, this is obviously something The Hilton management and staff take more seriously. The staff were very apologetic, offering a free bottle of wine and breakfast. The service we received from Cydea, Alberto and the wider team was exceptional and greatly appreciated.
The hotel has a great swimming pool and facilities, and with it is perfectly located for those who want to avoid the traffic to/fro Queenstown. Water taxis run every hour (or so) which meant it was a pleasant way to travel to Qntn.
This has been our third time staying at this hotel, and we will return again.
thank you!"
"Rooms were tidy, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed including kitchen stuff and washer/dryer. Supermarket and multiple restaurants just across the road. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!"
"We selected this hotel for a winter ski break. It’s Very close to the airport and a short drive to the ski resorts. Central Queenstown is about 15mins drive.
The hotel room was very spacious with a split level living room/bedroom overlooking the lake. Great breakfast and dinner in the evening.
We enjoyed our stay at The Hilton."
Remarkables Garden Apartment 305 | Wall to Ceiling Mountain Views | Private Balcony | Modern and Immaculate
10/10 Excellent
"Very clean, quiet, well stocked apartment. Good size for a family of four. I was worried about proximity to the airport/noise but never heard a thing. Wonderful to have a washer and dryer as some places did not include a dryer. Coffee maker was a bonus. Several stores, grocery, and movie theater was 5-10min walk away, and bus line was right outside. I was worried that being outside of Queenstown would be a hindrance, but I actually preferred not having the crowds and traffic. We skied The Remarkables, jet boated, bungee jumped, luged, wine tasted, and floated through Milford Sound. Lovely trip, and perfect property."
