Staff seemed unsure about some things, however, especially at the reception desk; it takes a while to make yourself understood - you would expect a tourist place like this would have better trained staff. Language was a barrier, but we had some Spanish to help us get by. Building looks like it’s going to need renovations soon. "

The room itself was very nice, however the amenities and features inside the room left a lot to be desired.
