"absolutely lovely breakfasts each day during my stay. The only issue was with getting extra room towels and having my room cleaned. It was done, just a day later. Staff was lovely and helpful when the language barrier was not so prevalent. Overall, I would return again, not too big of a resort that you get lost, yet still seems spread out~"

They were friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. Carmelo in particular helped us settle in, get the car situated, made sure we knew where everything was. Angel at the front desk helped with general info and called to arrange a horse ride. We will go back!"

"The ocean was not visible but you can hear the waves crash Agatha shore. Very relaxing. Pool was clean. Staff were cool. Didn’t bother much on both ends. Secure area. "

"Clean rooms and grounds. Staff clearly takes pride in the place and takes good care of it. Bed was very comfortable and the AC worked well for hot days. Breakfast included was excellent and we appreciated that it went so late (8-11:30am). We loved lounging by the pool and having a dip. Good location with easy access to Playa Alicia, Playa Sosua, nearby restaurants, and easy cab rides to Cabaret and the airport."

Despite its quiet setting, it’s conveniently located within 10 minutes of restaurants, churches, and shops. The staff are exceptionally courteous and always ready to help, making the stay even more enjoyable. The swimming pool is cleaned daily, and the atmosphere throughout the property is calm and relaxing—perfect for anyone looking to unwind without noise or crowds. Manager Ali and owner Miguel make an outstanding team. They clearly take pride in maintaining a clean, well-kept property while delivering excellent service. Highly recommended for a comfortable and tranquil stay."

"I was fooled by the 9.2 review and chose this place, even though it is very old and dirty, and we spent about two nights in the heat with two kids due to a broken cooling system. The internet was very weak and limited, and it would frequently disconnect, causing me to miss my online meetings. More than 90% of the meals were the same every day during our week-long stay. There were no special activities except for one pool table for the entire resort. More than 90% of the staff were very kind, nice, respectful and welcoming. Our suite was changed three times, the first because of water coming from the ceiling, the second because of the cooling system and broken beds, etc. For those who are sensitive to cleanliness and very old building, who follow a variety of foods, and who don't want to get bored after a few days, I don't recommend it at all."
