"Our stay was fantastic! The room’s view was gorgeous! We loved the infinity pool overlooking the aqua and royal blue Atlantic waters. The staff were professional, helpful and friendly. The restaurant was nicely decorated in Caribbean style and the food & drinks were delicious. The hotel was in a great quiet location yet easily walkable to all the beach restaurants and bars. We enjoyed watching all the many colorful kite surfing on Cabarete and Kite Beaches. Don’t miss going to Encuentro Beach...

"They had to call out the technician for the bathroom, but his demeanor was hurendious. Bad customer service in his part, some German man with no customer service skills. Guess he was mad to be called out for 5 minutes to our villa to use a plunger only.
