"The food was one of the highlights of our trip. There was always an excellent selection of meals and snacks available throughout the day, and everything we tried was fresh, high quality, and delicious. The beverage selection was good, although the variety was somewhat limited.
The resort is very family-friendly. We appreciated the dedicated kidsā pool, along with several other pools that had shallow 1ā2 ft sections perfect for little ones. The kidsā club for children ages 4ā12 looked like a great amenity for families with older kids. We also loved seeing lifeguards stationed at the pools, which added an extra sense of safety.
Our biggest frustration was the infant crib situation. The resort could not guarantee crib availability until we arrived at reception, which made planning ahead difficult when traveling with a baby. We ended up bringing our own pack-and-play for peace of mind.
One thing to keep in mind is that the resort is very large, with many amenities spread quite far apart. The complimentary shuttles, which run about every 30 minutes, were essential because the walks can be long, especially in the heat.
Overall, we had a great experience with excellent food, beautiful family-friendly facilities, and attentive safety measures. A few logistical improvements would make this a five star stay."
