Clean room, very friendly staff. The shorter lady with a beautiful smile is the best! Water went out the very last day, but other than that it was excellent. Very close walking distance to nice restaurants, night clubs, and beaches!

The communication for airport pickup was excellent, the check-in process was easy, the restaurant on premise was really good food. The room was clean, and cleaned everyday. The location of the hotel is great within 5 minutes of Playa Alicia and 8 minutes from Sosua Beach. I will stay again.

I've stayed at this hotel twice and had a really great experience both times. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves free breakfast and has an excellent menu. I highly recommend for solo or companion travel.

The whole staff are amazing, helpful, and so nice. Stayed here 4 times and unless booked will only stay here. Recommend the Patron Margarita by Domi… She is bet if best.. Frank the owner on site all time never know but he and wife there at anytime if needed. Best spot in Puerto Plata and Sosua HANDS DOWN!!!

The breakfast was amazing! Im still craving "the dominican" . Location is great, in the center of a lot of bars nearby. This place accepts cards, so if you don't have cash it's ok. 2 main beaches close by, sosua beach(10 mins walking) and Alicia Beach(5mins walking- recommend this one, cleaner less vendors) Staff - very friendly and helfull Security - after dark there is a security guard there who controls access to who comes in. Food - excellent - except the steak(ordered medium and got extreme rare) Drinks- plenty of options and very strong! Recommend the "santo libre" Other guests- mix of singles and families. Mostly single men.

The room was spotless.Staff was very helpful.Breakfast had different options, made to order. Staff tried to make sure they prepared just what you wanted. The hotel was centrally located with easy access to beach, shops, restaurants, supermarket and dive shops. A real plus was the availability of drinking water - reverse osmosis, which was a life saver for me. I really enjoyed my time here such that we extended our stay.
