"Clean room, wonderful staff. "

"So for a 3 star hotel this was pretty good for the Caribbean. Staff were great and place was clean with a very comfortable bed. Aircon was ok. It never seemed to get really cold. The ceiling fan with the aircon though was good enough. Breakfast was also great for a 3 star. Freshly cooked as you order. Also had a few evening meals which was also decent quality and well presented Nice pool area which was always quiet. The hotel is in a great location for Sosua close to the bars etc. have to say though if I were to stay in DR again soon , and unless you want to be specifically in Sosua , I would stay in Cabarete. The beach bars there and far superior and a much better atmosphere. The town bars and mainly still pretty rough in Sosua with chicas approaching you constantly. Not my thing hence I would choose Cabarete. "

"Stayed with the family for a week. Food: as an all inclusive, food was good. Reservation for specialized restaurant was complicated since restaurante has very limited availability. We arrived on Momday and get reservation for Thursday. If you are going for a 3-4 days trip, you couldn’t visit all specialized restaurant. Tepanyaki and Mexican restaurant food and service was great. Italian was awful. All plates were bad and cold. Rooms and hotels need a lot of update. Property is not mantian adequately. Specially the pool. Beds are not threat confortable and pillow are not good at all. Personally: al the staff were great. Always smiling and eager to talk. "

"The resort is well staffed, and the people are very kind and helpful. It is kept very clean however, the food choices are poor. The advertise restaurant is not in a building, but alfresco dining, which requires a reservation, which takes hours in a line to wait for. The rooms are uncomfortable. The mattresses are not hygienically covered in a full mattress cover the television has terrible reception. There are no amenities no gym. There is one pool and it is overcrowded the beach, chairs, and pool chairs need repair and replacement. The drinks are delicious and the resort is safe. The beach is not great for swimming. There are many reefs on Rocky ground. The housekeeping service is excellent. They come every day and do a very good job. The gardening grounds are lovely. There is entertainment every night but it’s a little bit corny. I wish they would just have great Spanish music with a wonderful dancing vibe every night instead of lip syncing rock ‘n’ roll shows."

"Wonferfull stay! Our Suite was very large and immaculate! The restaurant and bar were awesome, but the best thing about this place are the staff!!!!! So kind and helpful and attentive. We loved them!!!"

"Rooms were short on towels . Pool towels were very hard to get . Bar ran out of coconut rum 4 nights . Staff is friendly and try to help you . Breakfast was good but ran out of bacon many mornings . The fresh omeletes were fantastic as well as the chef . "

"The alcohol was horrible you couldn’t even drink any of it. We had to go out buy the alcohol at supermarket to be able to drink it. The bartenders were nice but not enough of them to be efficient for the amount of people at the resort. The system of how to make reservations for the restaurants was only on certain time and you had to get up super early to form the line. The quality of the food in restaurants were just ok editable. The food at the buffet was good choices and decent quality. The towels for the pool one was allowed to get at one location only and only for certain about time and if you lost it $15.00 to replace the towel. The resort didn’t have enough beach chairs or umbrellas for shade at the pool or beach. The pool area didn’t have swim up bar which was ok if only they had waiters by the pool to get your drinks or enough bartenders to not form such huge line just to get water or horrible drink you couldn’t even drink. Overall the place was located by the beach with beautiful view. My room was very musty and needed upgrades. The air conditioning was on and off throughout the nights. I did have a roach in my room one night.. overall experience I would not recommend or return to this resort unless the turn over to new management was to up keep the resort. The staff were friendly and polite. "
