"We enjoyed almost everything about thw property. The beds were great. The kitchen supplies were great.
The hot tub wasn't fully working and we really wanted a few more towels. There was only enough towels for everyone to have one. "

"One problem I want to first and foremost point out is that the description of the condo does not mention anything about handicap accessibility. My condo was located on the third floor of a building that had no elevator access and we brought my mother who is handicapped. She has limited mobility and this caused some problems for us. Furthermore, I did have frequent and good communication with the owners of the condo, but I wanted to make them aware of several things that was going on with the...

"I liked the indoor pool and hot tub. I love how peaceful and relaxing it is there. This is my all-time favorite hotel to stay at in Gatlinburg that is why any time I get to go to Gatlinburg I always stay at this hotel. The staff is always friendly and helpful."

"Was a great property. Loved the bedrooms, game room and patios.Didn’t like the close proximity of the apartment complex. A lot of transient individuals in and out of the apartment complex. One evening someone was clearly smoking marijuana on the road above the driveway when we pulled in. Also, tremendous amount of construction going on which created unwanted noise created by large trucks moving up and down the road. "
