"This was our second time staying here as we chose to come back. It’s aged and rustic but we love it. It’s out of the way of the hustle and bustle, easy parking, but close enough to everything. We arrived late and there was a small delay with our room but John was very helpful and nice and even upgraded our room! We are already planning on going back and staying again! "

"We had a great stay here. The location is great- within walking distance of the Sunliner Diner and very close to attractions like Wonder Works, Beyond the Lens, and the wax museum. We had a great view of King Kong’s butt 😂. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and clean. The outdoor pool and lazy river were great, and the indoor pool is open 24 hours, which we appreciated. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of options that were refilled often. Loved the birds and geese outside the back porch as well! "

"Nice hotel with views over Gatlinburg and the Great Smokey Mountains. The Gatlinburg Trolley comes right up to the hotel regularly. The barista in the hotel knew how to make a great flat white - happy kiwi :-)"
"Very clean ,nice area,nice employees. The only thing was I am scared of heights and was on the sixth floor! Very easy getting in and out onto main road etc! Definitely would stay here again!!"
"Amazing place to stay. Away from the main street, however close enough to walk too. Hotel was nice and quiet and walls are soundproof. Parking was great in the garage. Breakfast was great with both cold and hot items to select from. Front desk personnel as well as cleaning crew were amazing. River view was always great."
