Chalet Village Hotels, Gatlinburg

"We really enjoyed our stay and the price point was amazing for what we got. I loved that we were tucked up away from the downtown area which was way too crowded and congested for us, as we came for the parks. It was nice to have dinner options though! Our room was a little dated, but very, very clean. It had everything we needed and I loved having a kitchen in the unit, especially with young kids. The pool was in great shape and we enjoyed it in the evenings. It was never overcrowded and the pool bathroom/shower were updated and incredibly clean. There were a couple small markets on either side of the resort for basic things, which was nice to have access to. I would highly recommend staying here if you don’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of the downtown area but close enough to access it quickly. "

"Beautiful place to stay, with amazing views of Smoky Mountains and all the comfort you need for family of four. The owners are super friendly and provided all the information and amenities to make check in and stay very comfortable. The condo is clean and very spacious with great views from every room. Most special time was watching the sunrise from the living room. We would love to come again in the summer and stay at this wonderful place. "

"This place is an absolute gym!!!! Amazing view!! Hot tub is great to relax after a day exploring. Very well furnished and plenty of room! Have to say this has been one of our favorite rentals ever!!!! Only issue we had was coffee maker went out on our arrival day, and they had one delivered that evening!! So absolutely very attentive host!!"

"Our host was very welcoming, helpful, and highly responsive. There were a few hiccups, but she addressed them quickly! The condo was very clean and just right for our family. Plenty of room. We didn’t see one bear on our trip although we really wanted to lol. Close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The drive up the mountain is windy, but you get used to it after the initial drive. Beautiful view and a great place to stay overall! "

"Place was awesome, very close to entrance of Smokey mountains. Local places for snacks and pizza within minutes without going into gatlinburg. "

"We had an over all good stay. The showers could use some extra cleaning. The hot tub leaks onto the 1sr floor so you can not sit out on the first floor deck. We did have a major leak that drained the hot tub we called and they did come out and fix it but it was still dripping into the first level after it was “fixed”. The pool heated up nice. No other complaints honestly, Thank you. "
