"Overall we really enjoyed our time here! Upon arrival, the code we were provided for entry did not work. I reached out to the company. They were very friendly and apologetic, however it did take about 40-45 minutes to get sent a code that worked. You could tell the property was a little older as there were some cosmetic issues but nothing that affected our stay. The road and driveway up was windy, narrow, and steep. Not an issue, just want people to be aware to be prepared. The view from the balcony’s were really pretty and it was nice to have a hot tub and grill on the second floor balcony. It was close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. At the bottom of the mountain there was even a lot to park and grab the tram to either town. Overall, it was a great property for our family vacation."
