"Everything was wonderful arcade pool area food hall frozen yogurt shop candy shop build a friend. Rooms was very nice and balcony view was great. The kids really enjoyed the rids! Overall a 10/10 I really recommend this place for families trips. Will be returning "

"We enjoyed the pool area, but our room was not clean. The couch had stains and tears. Dust was visible on lights and trim. There was also visible dirty walls near light switches and plugs that appeared to need wiped down. Our bathtub drained very slowly so it filled with water as you showered. "

"Key cards wouldn’t work. The lady when we arrived late in night she was very nice and she made an attempt at conversation and made me feel welcomed. The room was clean. Air conditioning worked decently. At checkout the other lady clearly had been there longer had caught an attitude and was clearly very angry and annoyed with the previous staff that helped me not being able to get the key to work. Which I did not like she did not make me comfortable there should have been no outburst from her. I’d rather have a staff member who couldn’t get my card working then one that thinks she can be hostile and get an attitude over another employee I was unimpressed with th senior staff "
