Staff was very friendly. Very convenient location, steps away from tram to ober mountain. Pictures are accurate. When we were there the elevator was out of order so id call beforehand if youre someone/have someone in your trip that would need the elevator. Rooms were clean. The fireplace is obviously electric and didnt seem to give out much heat, so dont base your choice on the fireplace.

We love this hotel and always stay here on our yearly visit to Gatlinburg. The rooms are spacious, have a balcony over the river and are always clean. It’s located off the main street but still walkable to everything. It’s a short 2 minute drive to the park entrance. We highly recommend Old Creek Lodge.

Amazing Old Creek Lodge

Old Creek Lodge is an amazing hotel. Our family loved our stay there. Rooms were spotlessly clean and the fireplace was a bonus, It was relaxing to sit out on the balcony and watch the wildlife, including the bears. Breakfast was delicious. We certainly would return and we have told our friends about this wonderful hotel.

We celebrated our daughter's 18th birthday on this trip. How memorable to be able to see a black bear play around in the creek daily!!! It truly made our vacation. We were looking for a cabin feel with a water view with a great price. Old Creek Lodge checked all the boxes. We'll definitely book our next trip with them.
