"Shower barely works and hair dryer did not work. Exposed lighting wires in the halls and in desperate need of painting everywhere"

"Room was very spacious and clean. Lots of amenities including free popcorn, coffee, hot chocolate etc. Breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh and hot items to choose from. The only area that could use some TLC was the bathroom in our room. Caulking needed to be redone, the shower door didn't stay closed, plus the door handle of the shower was coming off. But the rainfall showerhead was a nice bonus. Overall, excellent hotel that we would definitely stay at again. "

"Just about the whole park was closed and the outdoor parks were only open on the weekend. It’s a waste of money to go while they are under renovation "

"Resort at Governors Crossing was very clean. Check-in and out was quick and easy. We experienced little noise in our room. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The indoor waterpark and pool area stay open late, which is a big plus for our family as we are not early risers."

"Hard to imagine a better place to stay while in Gatlinburg. The rooms are fantastic. The showers are bigger than some closets, and have a three-nozzle setup that's amazing. The rooms also have balconies that have wonderful views of the surrounding area. The hotel property has a really nice bar, an an incredible pool area, and is centrally located within walking distance of pretty much anything in town. You have to pay for parking, but I guess that's par for the course in this area of Gatlinburg. I also have to say, I had a problem with my neighbors and the hotel immediately moved me to a different room. So customer service is top notch. Like I say, it's hard to imagine a better experience while staying in this town."
