We had a great stay at The Chamberlain Hotel, we were very impressed with the little extras the hotel gave us, like having 2 bottles of water and a small bottle of milk in the fridge which was very much appreciated. The hotel also gave us a complimentary drink in the bar for us both. The breakfast was brilliant and we will be booking this hotel the next time we stay in London.

The hotel was perfect for a 4 night stay in London. The location was so central and near a subway station. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. Just be mindful if you book the King deluxe room, the bed is more of an XL double. It worked for four nights. The breakfast was wonderful, with many healthy options to choose from. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

The rooms were equipped with things that you normally don’t see in UK rooms such as washcloths to use in bathing. The staff was excellent and got you whatever you wanted immediatelly. Breakfast was cooked for you and was included in the hotel price. It was very near tourist places; we absolutely loved our stay.

Breakfast is advertised as one of the best in the area. It was a good breakfast, but not your typical hotel breakfast. Its a made-to-order eggs or bagel essentially that takes about 20 mins to wait for (in what should take about 5). The breakfast also starts later in the morning than I am used to, so if you have an early tour (we did at 830), you miss breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Chamberlain Hotel. The hotel has a quaint, cosy feel and a lot of character, which made it feel very welcoming. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable and very clean, and the bathroom was also spotless, with both a shower and a bathtub. Breakfast was one of the highlights. There was a very good selection, but I especially enjoyed the smoked salmon and poached eggs with mashed avocado on sourdough bread — absolutely delicious! The staff in the breakfast room were also exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay and would happily stay at The Chamberlain again

My room was nice & I appreciated the electric kettle & separate coffee pot. I was also pleased to find included washcloths! A definate plus since I stayed at Hilton Garden near Heathrow on my return home & learned the hardway that washcloths are a "special" request item. The only thing missing was a clock in the room, which meant i had to rely on my cellphone for an alarm
