The room is basic but got everything you need even including a fan for when the weather was hot. The bathroom is modern and the included breakfast is great and has many options. The staff are friendly and helpful, will definitely stay again.

Great location. Gave us a fan because there was no a/c and they were having hot weather at the time which was appreciated. The location was convenient and close to a bunch of dining and shopping options. We stayed with four kids 5-12 and felt safe and would highly recommend.

We went in the summer so of course it was super hot because the rooms have no AC, but nothing that the hotel really can control so we made the best of it. The reception staff were always super nice and helpful. The free breakfast was a great plus. And our room had a cute little balcony that was shaded, so even tho it was hot, it was still a great space. Also, not the biggest room in the world but there was enough space to have two carry on bags, two backpacks, and one checked bag. It’s nothing luxurious, but the place in town that it’s in, the cleanliness, the service, and the private bathroom make it definitely worth it and a really good stay for London.

Simple, straightforward hotel in central London. Considering the price, I was very impressed with the room and the en suite facilities. The bed wasn't amazing but it was clean, the shower room was very nice and breakfast was thrown in too!

The rooms were clean and they had a nice balcony. There was no kettle in the room, but there is a free hot drink machine in the lounge. Staff were extremely helpful and the nearby amenities were good. There is two tube stations about a 10 minute walk away and there are loads of bus stops nearby.

Super friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone I encountered throughout my 4 night stay, whether it be maintenance staff, housekeeping, or the people on reception, was lovely!!!!!! Great price. I stayed in a double single room, definitely enough space for you person. Great location, short walk to various tube stations, variety of shops and restaurants. Look forward to returning soon.

breakfast is continental breakfast and only 4 items you can get. 1 coffee, 1 croissant, 1 cheese and 1 toast bread for example. this may not be enough sometimes. There was no air condition in the room. The room was burning. There was only one air ventilator in the room. Room was at 3rd floor and there is no elevator. With the large suitcase it was a nightmare. Location is perfect.
