"This is a beautiful Inn that offers wonderful accommodations. It is nicely situated near some great wineries (Peller Estates and Two Sisters) that offer many tastings and dinning experiences. Some of the perks of our stay included complementary use of bicycles to tour the area easily on bike paths on the waterfront and in and around the town. A complementary shuttle was also available which could take you to and from town as well as some of the local wineries. The hotel staff were all very gracious and welcoming. We were even offered a free sit down tasting at the neighbouring Peller Estates along with other perks available at their affiliated wineries (Trius, Wayne Gretzky and more). Our stay at Riverbend Inn was truly wonderful and we would certainly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Niagara-on-the-Lake."

"Check in was fast, room was clean and comfortable. There is no elevator at this hotel and the location is a bit away from the shopping area. There also is no pool. The breakfast was limited. The bananas were too ripe, not even any instant oatmeal. What eggs there were ran out and took quite awhile before refilling. The breakfast room was small, hot and crowded with only a few tables outside."
