The hotel & staff were just lovely! Next time we come to visit Niagara in the Lake, without hesitation, we will be staying at The Shaw Club Hotel. Also, the fact that you could request a fish for your room, was a major highlight for us, I thought that was brilliant!

The Shaw Club is small hotel that's very cute. The staff was extremely helpful, especially in organizing shuttle service to the vineyards. The automated text support was very prompt and responsive. The room was a great size however a little dusty. The mattress and pillows were not comfortable considering how much our nightly rate was. The bar was great with patio seating. The location is great as it's walking distance to everything.

Common areas were clean and lovely. Very helpful staff. Our room was quiet and well-appointed. The bathroom was looking a little tired - buildup of soap scum, some rusty metal on the mirrors, etc. It just need an refurb. The restaurant is great and the location is ideal.

We've stayed in Niagara on the Lake many time, and decided to try this hotel after having some excellent meals in their restaurant (Zees). Great experience: perfect location across from Festival Theatre, pleasant staff and nice room. We plan to return.
