We were upgraded to a suite, which was quite large and beautiful. The bar staff were especially nice and gave us local recommendations around town. The location was perfect. Parking was easy. One of the best hotel stays I've ever had.

This NOTL hotel was amazing! I had a room in a separate building from the hotel and it was spacious and beautifully decorated. I felt like a princess. I have stayed in about 20 different properties while attending the Shaw Festival, and this is now my favorite! An excellent bar, restaurant, and spa as well as courteous and friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel for its location on the main drag and easy walking distance to everything.

Excellent location in the heart of old town. We could walk to restaurants, shops and theatre. It’s a very charming town and the flowers everywhere were outstanding! The hotel is new, modern and bright. The gardens , reflecting pools and fountains at the rear of the property were beautiful and peaceful. We loved our stay!

This is a gorgeous property! It is so conveniently located and the staff went above and beyond! Marni, the front office manager was so welcoming, professional! So much so that we are coming back next year! Also thank you to Cyndy for making sure we made it to our winery tours by picking us up! The food in NOTL for dinner was also outstanding!!!

124 on Queen is fabulous! The location is perfect - right on the main street of the heritage district. Perfect location for walking the town! And our room was lovely. New, super clean, well decorated, comfortable and quiet. We had a corner room, king, with a fireplace and sitting area, plus small kitchenette (sink, counter, fridge). And two TVs. The staff was very friendly! I would also recommend eating at the restaurant on site at least once. NOTL food and service was awesome.
