Wonderful place. Would definitely stay again. Within walking distance of a couple of wineries a short drive to many, many more. Hosts were awesome. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend!

Wonderful weekend spent at this B&B. The rooms are quiet, beds are comfortable and kitchen fully equipped (Hickory Suite). The owners are very welcoming and breakfast was planned and delivered perfectly. We will be back for sure!

The property is beautiful. The room was a good size for 2 people, comfortable bed. The staff was nice and friendly. It's close enough to the main street where all the shops and restaurants are but we did have a car. I'd stay there again!

The stay here was wonderful. The room itself was gorgeous, we had a nice view of the vineyards out our windows. The property was so relaxing and such a great place to stay to unwind for a weekend while still being extremely close to the main town (10 min walk to peller estate and two sisters, 4 min drive to main strip). Edita was an outstanding host! They cook everyone a homemade breakfast in the morning with an array for fruits, pastries and everything you’d need for a hearty breakfast. She is so sweet and the breakfast was delicious! Would most definitely stay here again when we come back to visit NOTL.

Edita was an amazing host. The property is exactly as advertised, a quiet little B&B located amongst Niagara-on-the-Lake's vineyards. The Walnut room was spacious enough for two people (there was an additional day bed that can fit one more person or a child). It had everything we needed with an additional fan or heater in the closet depending on time of year. It was exceptionally clean as well. Breakfast was also included which was made by Edita, you had your choice from a number of dishes sweet or savoury and she would ask for the days before what you preferred, with additional coffee, bread, spreads, and small pastry and fruits to pick from. The property itself had seating on a back patio, and Muskoka chairs in the back area. There were also chickens in a chicken coop, and you can walk through the back of the property to get to two close vineyards - Two Sisters and Peller. You can also walk around the property to a path right into town, about a 30-40 minute walk which was very nice. I would definitely stay here again. Amenities and additional things (like shampoo, body wash, water) were very basic - everything you need!

Our stay at the Vineyard Villa B&B was wonderful. Our hosts provided a unique environment and great service. The location adjacent to vineyards was lovely and relaxing while also being conveniently located very near Old Town Niagara on the Lake.

I’m a nature lover, so I found Vineyard Villa to be the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors, as it’s surrounded by beautiful vineyards. If you appreciate a quiet and peaceful environment, this place is ideal. The property is also very clean, and the breakfast is excellent. I look forward to returning again.
