"The staff were very accommodating when we needed an early check-in. The location is great: it’s walkable to the gondola; stores and restaurants downtown; and the lakefront. There’s no elevator, so be prepared to carry your suitcase up a flight of stairs. Our room had a balcony with an amazing view of Queenstown Bay. Highly recommend staying here!"

"Was good but there is no internal fan or ability to open a window so felt like the room smelt stale. Dishwasher was broken but when we complained they moved us to a different room. Was good value and close to bus stop. Burger Tuesday in the cafe underneath was amazing !!"

"Wonderful stay of five nights! Awesome rooms, superb location, next level breakfasts, staff so friendly & accomodating! 4 mins to Cromwell & so close to all the other amazing places - Clyde, Bannockburn, Wanaka, Queenstown, Alexandra & lots of either quaint places. Will definitely be back!!!"
