"I was in town for TIFF, and was concerned that this was slightly further than many of the more centrally located Festival hotels, but it's a great hotel! The amenities were great, the ease of ordering things in the room was quick and efficient, staff was lovely and the few meals I had downstairs in the restuarant/cafe's were good. It's a large hotel, so expect the experience of a large hotel, but a boutique experience, Ubers and taxis were aplenty, and walking distance from convenience stores to stock the fridge, etc. The room had a floor to ceiling window with a great view of the city. Would come back in a heartbeat!"

"The staff was excellent. I was in town for a medical procedure and needed a quiet room. The accommodated me and even upgraded my room. They were always friendly and the room was perfect. We ordered food from the restaurant to take up to our room and it was delicious. You have to get the Parmesan fries."
