"I didn't use any amenities, and my stay was limited to one night. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the room itself was entirely satisfactory. What stood out was the hotel staff, who were universally polite, professional, courteous and extremely helpful. When departing I found my vehicle battery was dead and the concierge and hotel maintenance staff responded well, boosted my vehicle, and I was on my way in short order. Well done Chelsea Hotel, Toronto."
