"Honestly I was a little disappointed about the cleanliness of house. The carpets upstairs were stained and the house was properly swept. One of the chairs at the counter were broken as soon as I checked in and did a walk through and that was dangerous because it could’ve had one of my guests injured. "Communication from host was great, any concerns that we had during our stay was resolved immediately and he went above and beyond to help us everytime. Host even went check in with us half way through the trip to ensure we had everything we need. The property itself was ok, no complaints, does the job. The area is very walkable to core downtown. But the further east past Jarvis can be a bit quiet at night. "
