I honestly cannot say enough good about this hotel. Great location. Friendly, attentive staff everywhere that remembered details of our stay and inquired about how the show we attended was, the restaurant we visited was, etc. Beautiful room and amenities. Thoughtful turn-down service. Pool was lovely too. I don’t think I can stay anywhere else in Toronto now.

I would highly recommend when you stay here to add parking to your reservation. I’m so glad I did. They have a charger for EVs as well. The food here is Michelin star status! There servers are knowledgeable about every dish on the menu. The aesthetic and ambience of the hotel is top-tier. My favorite part about the hotel rooms are the bathrooms, very luxurious and spacious! The bed was absolutely amazingly comfortable in the views of the downtown was a cherry on top. Our room smelled good, was well tended to, and I loved the birthday surprise! Also, you must order room service. This was the best room service experience I had ever had!

If I could give the Toronto Ritz Carleton 6 stars out of 5, I would! :) The staff are incredibly attentive and consistently went way above and beyond! The restaurants are incredible - we tried all of them and it has hard to pick a favorite. Every detail was perfect and we already are looking forward to our next stay!
