but they charge me for Breakfast food and Juices that 1st server said were included in the package, after the fact they change their mind and charge me for the free Items list that was indicated from the beginning, indicating that from the original list some items were still chargeable. No good they need proper training and be honest from the beginning with clients. ether it is free or not??? Very confused and upset we decided not to go back to have breakfast. "

"This is the place to stay if you are looking to disconnect and recharge. It is located in the Sian Ka An Reserve and about 1-2 miles away from the upscale restaurants and nightlife. There are bikes on site that we used when we ventured out. Armando went above and beyond to make this a great stay. From making restaurant recommendations and dishes to try to providing transportation, he really treated us like VIP’s!"

"Our stay at Casa Gitano was only one night and it was far down the single road going into Tulum (about 30 mins). We enjoyed the beautiful beach view from our room. The room was smaller than we imagined at 500 sq ft but we had just enough space for two. The major issue was the water. We had no hot water the entire time. It got lukewarm at best. But overall we still enjoyed our stay. "
"It has all the amenities and beach access of a larger resort with a small resort atmosphere.the service was great the staff was friendly and attentive and it was near a convenience store for basic essentials although a larger resort has more socializing you get direct beach access, music, and service and the pool was very clean.Everything youd expect in a tulum resort...rooms were very comfy however it needed a litle more comfortable seating for those that enjoy breaks from playa indoors.."

"If I could give Be Tulum a higher rating, I would. This hotel is so special and unique. We stayed in the alcove suite with a plunge pool. It was like we were tucked away in the jungle. So peaceful, serene, and lots of privacy. The room was unique and clean, and the air conditioner was a nice relief from the heat.
The restaurants here had amazing food, with beautiful views. The staff overall—from the front desk, to restaurants, and maids—were wonderful. Very attentive and polite. The concierge checked in daily, was super helpful in booking taxis and ATVs, and offered suggestions for other things to do. This was helpful since the seaweed was in full effect, but it didn't take away from the stay or the trip. It was still beautiful, could go in the ocean and lay on the beach beds. Don't let that stop you from booking!"
