"Sana Tulum was absolutely beautiful. We came here for a wedding (at a different hotel) and decided to stay here to get away from the crowd, as we wanted to make this our mini moon since we recently got married in March! Rooms were updated, cleaning service came twice a day. They were very kind and accommodating - the food was good (get the burrata pizza and the fish tacos!). Very very clean and the workers are constantly moving throughout to ensure it's clean and habitable. Bugs weren't too bad - obviously bring your bug spray! Sofía, Joss, Jonh & Anda Were incredible and greeted us daily, making sure we were satisfied with the service. The seaweed was present but out of the hotels control - they had workers outside day in and day out removing it from the beach. The rooftop pool is beautiful. Honestly, great for photos and aesthetic - we hired professional photographers through the hotel and didn't even have to leave the hotel to take photos since there was so much to see! The photographers were INCREDIBLE by the way!! (Pedro & Anaurora). We loved it here and would return again in the future. Thank you for an incredible stay!"

"Libelula Tulum Beachfront Hotel truly exceeded my expectations. We stayed for 10 glorious days. The rooms were tasteful and comfortable, with breathtaking ocean views nestled in the privacy and tranquil part of a nature reserve. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure every need was met. The beach was stunning, perfect for relaxation and sunset gazing. The food and drinks were delicious. "I absolutely loved this place! I split my trip into staying at two different places because I was concerned about not having AC and the humidity. However the fans above the beds were very strong and it was comfortable. The place was very jungle vibes and rustic which I loved! Keep in mind this is a eco lodge not a hotel so it’s more on the rustic side but so cute! Staff was very friendly. There was a cute place to do yoga. The cenote has two docks and an upstairs deck looking over cenote with jumping platform. The kayaks can be used at no charge. Would definitely stay again!"
