"The hotel was very modern and clean. The cleaner was prompt there every day and did an amazing job. The resturant Nikau was fabulous and the staff there amazing too. It was our sons Birthday and they made a special dessert for him, plus came out singing for him which absolutely was a fantastic way to finish our day. We are so appreciative for them doing that! All other staff were helpful and very polite. The pool was well cared for, warm and a great addition. It is in a handy location, good amount of parking, just overall a really good experience. We would definately stay again! "

"Had a great one night stay at Prince’s Gate. Awesome location, and a nice historic feel to the rooms and facilities. Even got a room upgrade which added to the stay. The pool was closed, but they remedied this by sending us to Polynesian spa free of charge which was a thoughtful touch."

"We loved our stay in the family unit. Was spacious and had great cooking facilities and everything you need. Kids loved going to the pool morning and night. We explored the premises and found all the hidden dinosaurs, had fun in the games room too. And location was a short drive to any convenience we needed.We would definitely come back."
