The Deauville is easily the best one-bedroom property in Madrid. This luxurious and stunning unit is located in the neighborhood of Chueca, steps away from Malasaña neighborhod, Gran Via, Plaza España and Puerta del Sol. It has been completely renovated and carefully decorated.

The Space:
Upon entering into this 2066 Sq Ft / 192 sq. m. unit, you'll be met by a big and bright corridor that overlooks into the communal interior patio of this classic building of central Madrid. In this area there is also a small toilet, perfect for the visitors. At the end of the corridor there is a spacious area that works as an office, with a big desk. This area and the whole unit is sprinkled with vintage and antique furniture pieces. This area opens to the stunning living and dining area: a massive open space with two big leather sofas, design decor and a big dining table for up to 8 people. This area is also flanked by big windows facing the building's patio. At the end of the room, on the right, you'll find the master bedroom, with a big king-size bed, a Smart TV with cable channels and a wardrobe. This area also includes the bathroom, fitted with a majestic clawfoot bathtub, an additional walk-in shower and a huge mirror. Both the bedroom and the bathroom have their own doors to ensure privacy and face the lively street, so the area is flood with plenty of natural light. On opposite ide of the living area, a small staircase leads to the big kitchen, that also has big windows and a glass door facing the patio of the building and granting access to it from this room. The design kitchen is fully equipped with first-brand appliances, such as an oven, a washer, a dryer, a Nespresso machine and a dishwasher, amongst others. Getting Around:
Chueca metro station right next to it. Gran Via and Tribunal metro stops 5 minutes walk. Semi pedestrian streets, so no private car is suggested.
