Front desk staff were really nice, even though our check in time was until 1 pm they tried to help us with an early room sadly we couldn’t find any, but before our check in time everything was ready. Location is perfect just a few steps from gran via, and many stores and cafes near by. Would stay here anytime

Nice, clean and basic hotel in the Gran Via area. In a central location which is perfect for sightseeing around Madrid along with visiting Parque Warner and Parque de Attractiones theme parks. Fantastic for a solo traveller looking for a basic hotel to stay in. Includes a safe and aircon which is fantastic as not many hotels offer a safe. The area immediately outside of the hotel on the street seemed to have quite a few prostitutes around however they didn't seem to bother me. It's not the hotel's fault though, it's just the area that it happens to be in seems to be a hotspot. Definitely recommend the hotel if visiting Madrid and solo travelling.
