"Staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and well-equipped. The stairs will definitely help you get in shape! The area is wonderful - so many bars, restaurants, shops, museums, etc. It's easy to walk to just about anything you'd want to see in Madrid, and for the things more than a couple miles away, there's a metro stop super close by."

"amazing location and very easy to get around! one block from Gran via metro station. The room was nice but After check in we never saw any hotel staff. Our reservation said it included free breakfast but we never received a notice or saw anything available. Also The internet is very weak and the tv didn't work at all."

"We got the airport shuttle late at night. It was fine. They gave us a great room and we scheduled for the shuttle in the morning. Breakfast was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised because reviews had been mixed about the breakfast. It could not have been better! Staff were great. It does take longer to ride on the shuttle than you’d think because it is very close to the airport, but trust the times they tell you."
