Overall, everything was great. The view was incredible as we were on the 11th floor. The metro was only 2 minutes away. The staff was always there and very helpful and friendly. The grocery was at the bottom of the building. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Right in hustle and bustle of a big city but our room was very quiet at night. Negatives were the bathroom and appliances in the kitchen. The water took too long to heat up in the shower and didn't love that type of shower. It wasn't clear on how to operate the microwave/oven. Had to Google it. The dryer never really dried our clothes. Couldn't really figure out how it was supposed to work. Overall, I'd probably stay again.

The bathroom drying rack was not working; we informed the front desk, and the maintenance person promptly came to fix it but left his tools in the apartment, returning just before our check-out time to fix it. There were hairs all over the bathroom and living room, indicating that the rooms were not cleaned properly prior to our arrival.

We really enjoyed this property. It’s right on Gran Via, walkable to a lot of shops, Plaza Mayor, the metro and also taxis and the Big Red Bus stops right in front of the hotel as well. There is a grocery store around the corner, Starbucks down the street as well. The room itself was clean and modern. There’s a washer (no dryer), AC, pull out couch, fridge and a full kitchen with all appliances included. If you want the room cleaned, you do have to tell the front desk and it’s 20 euros each time. (You can ask for more towels etc.. ) there’s also a rooftop bar, a pool and gym which is nice. Since you’re in the busy area of Madrid it is loud and you can hear a lot of outside noise and walls are thin as well.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff are friendly and property is clean. Convenient to everything from shopping, theatres, restaurants, transportation and even a grocery store in the same location. Tends to be very busy with people but safe.
