Excellent hotel in a great location. Well laid out with most of the rooms tucked away in a quiet wing. Very attentive staff, knowledgeable about the area and engaging. The rooftop bar is exceptional with good service and great views. A quiet little enclave within the huddle and bustle of Madrid. Good vibes!

Our stay was overall average. We arrived before the official check-in time, and the staff kindly accommodated us a bit earlier, which we appreciated. The room was decent but nothing exceptional, and the breakfast buffet was of average quality. One disappointing experience was with a discount offer of up to 20% off. The front desk told us it should be applied at the restaurant, while the restaurant staff sent us back to the front desk. In the end, the discount was never honored, which left a negative impression. Overall, the stay was fine, but the service communication and follow-through could definitely be improved.

This was an absolute gem of a hotel. The service at the front desk was exemplary. They provided so many great instructions and recommendations I never needed to worry about planning. The grounds were stunning, and the amenities were top tier. This hotel felt like a luxury hotel at a good price and was in a perfect area to walk everywhere.

We had a room upgrade but the view was of a wall and a store for bottles and silver service equipment. We complained and they moved us the next day to a street view which was better. We originally booked a courtyard view in a deluxe room !! Wont stay again.

UMusic is a great place to stay. What stood out the most to me was the staff at this hotel. You could tell that customer service is extremely important to them. Everywhere we turned they were there offering to help and exceeding expectations. I was truly impressed by this. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

Location. Location. Location. You won’t find a more “close to everything” hotel in Madrid. Not to mention how a theater(still a theater) came to become such a cozy, well managed hotel. Staff, rooms, service, restaurant, etc. all 5 stars. I’ve been twice in Madrid. The third, for sure will stay at UMusic. Love it.

Beautiful & unique boutique hotel but small rooms

Beautiful hotel transformed from theater located in central of everything. the service is excellent where the staff tries to make your stay as nice as possible. Pool has sun all day and the roof top bar is really nice. Only problem is that the normal and premium rooms are extremely small where a large suitcase does not even fit to open let alone two of them. But if you are staying a weekend with small luggage or book a bigger room that is not a problem. AC had some smell issue but the hotel is working on the problem. If more feedback comes with the same thing then you know that it is not fixed. Overall recommend this hotel.
