This hotel was beautiful! Location was amazing, super easy to walk to Plaza Mayor, royal Palace and other sights. Metro very close as well. The view from the rooftop pool was breathtaking! The staff were friendly and super helpful- big shout out to Mark! The room was spacious, clean and aesthetically beautiful. They provided a cot for us and even left a little care pack for our baby- too cute!

Best hotel we stayed in throughout Europe. Don’t let the distance from the city get in the way!

The hotel is located right in the middle of the Plaza de España area. It’s 20 meters walk from the metro, which is super convenient if you plan to go to Real Madrid’s Santiago Bernabéu stadium. I took line 10 metro and 15/20 minutes later I was in front of the stadium! Aside from that, it’s right next to the start of Gran Via, which is full of shops, restaurants and bars. Great hotel and staff, the room was huge and the breakfast was very good

The property is nice and conveniently located in the city. We had an issue with our room that you wouldn’t expect with this kind of hotel but the staff dealt with it promptly and efficiently so we were very happy.

The staff were all exceedingly helpful, though Miguel deserves a special mention! The location is ideal for exploring the city by foot, but metros are also close by.

The boutique hotel was a beautiful place to stay in Madrid. The atmosphere, fragrance, decor, location, warm greetings, attentive & helpful staff from the first moment we entered was without fault. We have stayed in many hotels in Europe & this was one of the best.

This is an excellent hotel in the best part of Madrid. Highly recommended. One knows what to expect in a 5 star hotel and the Wellington ticks all those boxes - fluffy towels, comfortable bed, excellent gym facilities and the like. The reason I keep coming back to the Wellington though is that it is emblematic of everything that is wonderful about Madrid. Hotel was in a convenient location. Has a cute little rooftop bar on top. Walking distance to sights and shops. In a safe area. The staff are friendly and helpful. I forgot my sunglasses after I checked out and the staff have been very helpful returning them to me. Rooms are clean and well looked after.

Great little hotel in fabulous location - walking distance to all the main sites in a gorgeous neighbourhood. Staff was fantastic - extremely helpful. We loved breakfast.

Fantastic hotel

This hotels location is amazing. It is in the heart of the city centre and is a short walk from shopping and plenty of food options. The pool was a lot of fun and the staff were super helpful and welcoming.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, clean rooms, friendly and very helpful Staff, the buffet breakfast was really good. Also walking distance to Atocha train station.
