"Decent hotel. Great location - right off of the popular and touristy Gran Via street. The apartment had large floor to ceiling windows which were extremely good at soundproofing. However, due to the location in a very busy area of town, some sound still managed to come inside. This is a price you pay for the great location. Overall, a decent hotel at a great location."

"The hotel was clean, it was quiet despite being in a really central area. Good selection at breakfast and the location was perfect. It was right in the art district close to the art museums and metro links to other parts of the city. The only slight down side was you couldn't use any of the Spa facilities without paying extra, not even the sauna which was a bit disappointing and different to other Radison Blu hotels I've stayed in. "Top drawer staff. Everyone was not only knowledgeable and courteous, but genuinely friendly and helpful. Young, chic vibe, but the No, did not make its way up to the rooms. My only Negative critique was the restaurant was very pricey, causing us to eat elsewhere. Highly recommend."
