It’s quite expensive, and the advertising is misleading. The pool is promoted as being included in your stay, but in reality, it costs €30 per person for just a 45-minute reservation. The bar is also disappointing, with limited options and several items on the menu unavailable. Overall, the property is elegant, but overpriced and not as advertised.

Room was good size, 21st floor, good views and nice to have a separate bath and shower. Comfortable bed and all the amenities you need.

The staff is very friendly except one. After a long day and flight, we checked in and went for an early dinner so we could go to bed early. When we arrived at the hotel after dinner, the room was unbearably hot. I called the desk and they sent someone up. We needed to move rooms which was fine. We moved rooms and in the second room the tv didn't work. They sent a guy that fixed it but didn't add the internet to stream. We moved rooms again. The third room was not getting cool. The guy came up and put the temperature probe in the vent and showed us the probe, it was not cool. Then he stuck it completely in the vent at a different spot and showed us a picture on his phone of the right temperature. We could feel that the air was not blowing at all. We called the desk and started that the air is not blowing. I was told that the air is working fine. I said that is not correct since the second room was much cooler. I was then told that not all the air-conditioners at the hotel work the same. At this point, we were so exhausted and just needed sleep. I woke up sweating all night. In the morning when I went outside, it was terribly upset by how cool it was outside compared to my air-conditioned room. I called to get a room change. The person that answered the second day was rude when i called. This is supposedly a 5 star hotel and I'm sorry that I expected to have a working air-conditioner and tv. We were give free breakfast but it doesn't make up for the gaslighting

This hotel is not 5 stars as they claim to be. The room is ok but no ventilation whatsoever. Bathroom does not lock and smells terrible. They claim they have spa and pool but they don’t mention you have to pay separately for this. Overall I would not recommend this hotel to my friends or family.

Declining standard, and poor follow up

This is my 15 stay here within a year and standard are declining This time the toilet seat was not fixed, and the water came out on top of the shower, and when noticing this to the front staff upon leaving, the receptionist was more concerned about getting her €10 for a bag of chips and a chocolate bar, than Ensuring that the sufficient level of details were noted down to prevent this happening again and to ensure that those two problems were fixed before the next guest used the room Last time I stayed there months ago, the room smells awful, and like there was a problem with the sewage
