"The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very nice kitchen and close to public transportation. The location is perfect, but comes at a cost: the surrounding is very loud until late night. The furniture has its best times behind it and needs to be substituted. There is a loud ventilation."

"Our room was incredibly hot, we turned on the AC unit but it didn’t do anything to change the temperature, even with the window open it was too hot. I let the staff know and they said the AC was off for the hotel but the rest of the hotel was cool and other guests said their rooms were fine. "
