Ended up needed to line up for front desk to help fix the issue. Check in staff was very helpful and friendly, but upset about the hotel laid off more than 10 front desk staffs and replaced by iPads. Which didn’t work for check in for me. Wasted about an hour to go thru iPad check in, then need to lineup for front desk to help. "
