"It would have been better if the housekeeping would have knocked or even announced her self before just coming in the room it was 930 in the morning check out was 11 then ask for help with checking out and everyone was rude and would not help us it was our first and last time to visit the mgm grand or any mgm very rude and unprofessional "

"Customer service was great. The room was clean and spacious. My room key never worked to exit the parking structure but a quick service call fixed it. My only complaint is the $20 a day for parking. We already pay a resort fee, we shouldn’t have to pay parking as well."
