"Only thing wrong was the wi-fi stated that there were 2 devices connected and therefore wanted us to pay for any extra ones-this was not the case Parking fees are a ripoff but I am sure they know that"

"If it weren’t for the friendly and kind staff, my rating would be much lower. Our sheets were stained the first night and took over an hour to get clean ones once we called. Also our curtains were broken. Our safe in the room got stuck. Thankfully the staff was very kind. Also, they didn’t credit us the room credits we were owed upon checkout. The pool area was still on “winter schedule” so the kitchen closed at 1, bar closed at 3, and the pool closed at 4 so be aware when traveling before April."
