"The room smelled of smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The smell was extremely overpowering—I would be shocked if the room had truly been non-smoking. I also called down regarding the Wi-Fi and was told it was broken, even though Wi-Fi is included in the resort fees. Additionally, I paid for a late checkout until 6 PM, but security knocked loudly on the door shortly before and told me to leave. Because I was flustered, I left my AirPods behind and only realized it at the airport."

"When we arrived to the property we were greated in Valet. The staff was amazing. During our check-in, we were stunned that we were picked for using expedia. We were greeted by the Manager she made us like VIP's. When we got back to our room after exploring the property, she had a fruit platter and wine sent to our room. We were so appreciative."

"Horrible experience staying at The LINQ Hotel. Customer service was rude and lacked any sense of warmth or professionalism. The hotel itself was dirty, poorly maintained, and had an unpleasant smell throughout. Housekeeping never showed up—not to clean the room or even to provide clean towels, despite the fact that I agreed to receive service. I would never recommend this hotel. I actually felt unsafe during my stay. It is far too expensive for such terrible service and such unclean, poorly kept facilities."

"The newly renovated rooms were a pleasure with suite like space and heavenly comfortable beds. The hotel is eclectic as is the ambiance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Venetian."
