Our bathroom amenities kit and tissue were empty when we arrived to our room and were not filled when housekeeping came the next day. Room service was delivered in to go boxes in a paper bag. Overall very disappointed in the room. "

"The property was not totally clean. Neither was our room. The staff was 50-50 on friendliness. The elevator was broken and they didn’t want to believe us. But they finally went to check it out and fixed it. I was stuck in Chicago overnight trying to get there because our flights were delayed that made us miss our connection and they charged us for the room anyway. It wasn’t completely horrible, but I would not stay there again."

"For the price of the room kinda disappointed that there was a charge for parking and it seemed like you were being nickel and dimed for anything else. Most likely never staying here again. It is a beautiful hotel though, no doubt. Also was charged $50 for additional person when we had 2 Queen beds. Our daughter was traveling with us."
