I really like the Westgate. The rooms are clean. The service was great. Affordable. And I love that the monorail connects to it. However, due to the jacuzzi and pool not being open this time of year, I'm a lot less likely to book it this time of year in the future. They said it's closed for the season...but this is when I want to use the jacuzzi! Not during the hot summer! Haha! Am I paying resort fees for a closed pool/jacuzzi? Heat the pool/keep the jacuzzi open. The second hotel I stayed at had both open. I'm likely to choose them in the future during the fall/winter.

We had a wonderful time. The room was spacious and beautiful. The pool felt like a peaceful oasis, and our experience at the Canyon Ranch Spa was exceptional. We had such a good time in October that we’re going back in December.
