Swimming pool, sauna & steam room, gym all included. Beautiful communal kitchen to use which was very convenient as I booked without the breakfast option. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to London. "

"Stayed 4 nights, tried ordering room service twice and it was not always available, the restaurant Chet would not take any requests for room service. I even tried ordering at the restaurant and seeing empty tables, the manager said they were just too busy. The air conditioning was not great, couldn’t adjust the temperature, the room was too warm which is bizarre considering it was still cold out. Not planning on staying here again. "
